I'm not writing here often enough.
In February, we were able to be
together the weekend before I
thought I was ovulating, the week
of, and the week after. Not sure if
that will do anything, but today is
the day I'm supposed to start my
period and I'm trying to feel if
I have cramps or sense if I'm
going to start. Or not.
I haven't been obsessing much this
month. I even had a few drinks this
month whereas last month, I had
no alcohol at all.
But today, I'm trying to feel my body
and am reading up on the whole
pregnancy thing. I can't seem to find
anything that is written about the
week between possible conception
and either starting your period or not
starting it. What should I or shouldn't
I be doing?
For example, I thought I was coming
down with a cold. Usually, I'd take
echinacea but if I'm pregnant (which
I don't think I am yet), I shouldn't take
herbs like that.
And what should I be thinking or not
thinking? Should I be thinking "I'm not
pregnant yet" or "I am pregnant" or
not think about pregnancy at all?
Should I or shouldn't I get a massage?
What if I miss a day of prenatal vitamins -
will that be detrimental?
I have to do more reading. But first,
I'm going for a walk. And I'll keep eating
healthy and organic.
